Stadsmissionen Arkaden is a second-hand shop on the ground floor of Arkaden shopping mall in Gothenburg. It offers a curated selection of clothes, accessories and homeware. The shop also has remake products: newly made items created from recycled and surplus materials. Visitors can shop for these goods or donate clothes and other items. Both help extend the life of clothes and goods, keeping them in circulation instead of going to waste.

There are two ways to take part in this reuse work: buy second-hand goods or donate items to keep them in use. The remake products are newly made rather than second-hand, using recycled and surplus materials. The shop’s work also gives people hands-on job training and a chance to take steps towards working life. All proceeds go to Göteborgs Stadsmission’s social work. Students who show a Mecenat card get 10% off. The shop brings the options to shop, donate and buy remake products together on the ground floor of the mall.
