Slottsskogen Discgolf has two courses set among the greenery of Slottsskogen. The terrain includes valleys, hills, open grassland and wooded areas. The courses have different levels of difficulty and characters. The blue course suits beginners and larger groups looking for a relaxed, sociable round. It is also the course that can be booked in advance. More experienced players can use it to warm up, practise approach shots or introduce friends to the sport. The yellow course offers a more technical challenge: its varied layout tests throwing skills and calls for different types of throws.
Groups of fewer than ten people can drop in, with discs available to hire on site. The kiosk also sells discs, plus coffee, ice cream, snacks and drinks. Visit Sweden describes disc golf as an easy, affordable activity for families and groups of friends. Players can choose the blue course for a relaxed round or the yellow course to test their throwing skills. Both courses are set in Slottsskogen’s varied terrain, from open grassland to wooded areas.
