Pinchos Heden is one of four Pinchos restaurants in central Gothenburg. The chain started in Gothenburg and uses circus-themed decor. Its large menu brings together international dishes served in tapas-sized portions, alongside drinks Pinchos describes as fun and suited to all ages.

Pinchos calls itself the world’s first restaurant concept built around an app. Guests use the Pinchos app to reserve a table and order from the menu. The app is therefore part of both planning the visit and choosing what to eat once there.

In June 2023, Pinchos became the first restaurant in Gothenburg to serve 3D-printed meat. The product is vegetarian and plant-based. Pinchos says a 3D printer gives it a texture, taste and structure strikingly similar to ordinary meat. It is one example of the options offered within the restaurant’s international menu of small plates.
