Padel Arena Frihamnen is on Frihamnspiren, close to Gothenburg Central Station and public transport. It has five indoor courts and two outdoor courts facing Gothenburg’s harbour entrance. The arena offers padel for beginners, recreational players and more experienced players.

Group training runs through Frihamnen Padel Academy at several levels, from beginners to elite players. The venue also hosts internal league play, sanctioned competitions and amateur tournaments, alongside regular morning and lunchtime activities. The venue combines courts for casual play with training and organised competition.

An Adidas shop sells rackets, shoes, clothing and other equipment. Changing rooms are available for women and men. A shared sauna looks over the outdoor courts and the harbour entrance.

Frihamnen Padel Club is based at the arena. Its women’s and men’s teams play in the Swedish Padel League, and the club has competitive activities at several levels. Memberships are available for regular players, with benefits at the venue and beyond.
