Norda is a restaurant inside Clarion Hotel Post. Its menu pairs local ingredients with inspiration from the American east coast, bringing the Swedish west coast together with Manhattan’s mix of flavours. The concept is led by Marcus Samuelsson, and the dishes are described as classics with a twist.
Norda serves brunch from lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests start at a cold buffet, choose one of six main courses, then move to a dessert buffet. Patrik Fredriksson created the dessert buffet; he won a gold medal at the 2012 Culinary Olympics. Vegetables come from the hotel’s rooftop garden.
The brunch follows a sequence of buffet dishes, a chosen main course and a final dessert buffet. The restaurant’s menu and brunch both reflect the combination of west coast ingredients and east coast influence. Norda and Clarion Hotel Post both have the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries.
