Kviberg Park’s obstacle course has 21 orange obstacles. You can work through them alone or challenge a friend. The course is set up for pacey, functional training, and its obstacles range from easy to tougher, with options intended for young people and adults.

If an obstacle is difficult, you can skip to an extra round of exercises adapted for everyone. You can also use that exercise area on its own. Visitors can choose between attempting the obstacles and using the separate exercise round, and can train alone or with a friend. The course is run by the City of Gothenburg and is free, unmanned and non-bookable, so there is no booking to make before you go.

During the darker days of the year, the course is lit between 06:00 and 22:00. Next to it are a fireplace, benches and a rain cover. Boxes for valuables are also available, but you need to bring your own padlock.

Good to know

Bring your own padlock if you want to use a valuables box. The course is non-bookable.
