Jacy’z Hotel & Resort is in Gårda, in a 100-metre-tall building that opened in autumn 2022. The hotel has 233 rooms, including 41 in JQs, a hotel-within-the-hotel with a more luxurious feel.

There are three restaurants with different themes. The main restaurant serves American classics, and an American lunch restaurant is beside the lobby. On the 26th floor, an Asian sky bar and social dinner club has a Los Angeles theme. Pachanga, a Miami-inspired pool club, occupies the 27th and 28th floors. Guests can have a drink or cocktail at one of the hotel’s bars, or take in city views from a poolside sun lounger.

The hotel also has Big Stage, an event venue for lectures, shows and film screenings. Its stage is nearly 500 square metres, with a nine-metre ceiling and a LED screen more than 10 metres wide. Other facilities and activities include meeting rooms, a sports club, table tennis, billiards and a golf simulator. A deli and a florist are in the lobby.
