Heurlins is a restaurant at Heurlins Plats 11 in Gothenburg, inside Clarion Hotel Draken. It was the first of the hotel’s restaurants to open. The name comes from the square outside. Its offer has two parts: a bistro serving street food from the sea, with local beer and wine, and a modern patisserie serving pastries and bubbly drinks.

Visitors can choose between the bistro’s seafood-focused street food and drinks, or the patisserie’s pastries and bubbly drinks. These are separate parts of the offer, with different food and drink options. Both are in the premises of Clarion Hotel Draken. Heurlins, like the hotel, is environmentally certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The Nordic Swan is the official ecolabel of the Nordic countries. Heurlins was the first of the hotel’s restaurants to open, and its name comes from the square outside.
