Gunnebo Kaffehus och Krog is a restaurant where the menu is shaped by the seasons and by which produce is available. The menu changes constantly and may be altered during the week, so the dishes on offer are not fixed from one visit to the next. Organic ingredients come from small-scale producers and suppliers in the region.

The restaurant also has an on-site kitchen garden. Chefs and gardeners work together to plan which vegetables and herbs to sow; those crops are then harvested and served later. The garden is part of how ingredients are planned for the plates, alongside produce supplied by regional producers. The available harvest and the season both affect what ends up on the menu.

Children can create their own meal. Outside, a large seating area has plenty of seats for guests and their dogs. Dogs are welcome throughout the premises when kept on a leash. The outdoor seating area is at the restaurant.
