Fei is an à la carte restaurant at the top of Clarion Hotel The Pier in Gothenburg, with views over the water. Its food takes inspiration from China and the Nordics, and its decor brings together modern and traditional elements in a Chinese style.

The menu includes sharing dishes drawing on flavors from Hong Kong, Zhejiang and Sichuan. Diners can also choose the Fei Experience, a set 10-course menu of selected dishes. A cocktail bar sits close to the dining room; its drinks can include Baijiu, rice wine and Chinese wine.

For a separate meal, guests can book the Chambré Séparée, which has a water view and a more exclusive setting. The Chef’s Table offers a view of the chefs preparing food. The Chambré Séparée and Chef’s Table provide two distinct dining options alongside the restaurant’s sharing dishes and set menu. Fei and the hotel both hold the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the Nordic countries’ official ecolabel.
