Caféva in Haga serves lunch and fika, with a small menu that changes regularly and vegetarian food at its centre. Visit Sweden describes the café as more like a living room than a restaurant, with a warm, genuine atmosphere and local character.

For lunch, the choices include warming soup, savoury pie with salad and Caféva’s herb rolls. The rolls have been baked the same way since the café opened in 1983. Vegan options are available every day. For fika, there are homemade cakes and pastries, alongside organic and Fairtrade-certified coffee and tea.

You can sit indoors, or use the outdoor tables in summer. A visit can be a meal, a coffee break or both, with the menu shifting regularly rather than staying fixed. The café is also a fika stop for people walking through Haga. Its food offering centres on vegetarian dishes, with vegan choices offered daily, and includes both savoury lunch and sweet pastries.
