Nordic Wellness Sandviken Granvidjevägen combines a gym, group training, a sports hall and six padel courts across 4,000 square metres. Five courts are for doubles and one is for singles. Book a court through MATCHi. Members of Nordic Wellness play free on weekdays from 05:00 to 11:00; Nordic Wellness members otherwise get 20% off their share of a booking, while Grand Fitness members play free on their share. Rackets and balls are available to rent from a MATCHi machine or at reception during staffed hours.

The gym has strength machines from Technogym, Hoist and Pure Strength, a free-weights area, and cardio equipment from Technogym, Thor Fitness and Matrix. Both changing rooms have showers and a sauna. Members can park for free.

The sports hall can be hired by businesses and individuals. Its 12-metre ceiling accommodates basketball, handball, volleyball, badminton and floorball. A seven-day trial is offered, except in June, July and August. A membership-card or wristband fee applies. Bring valid identification; anyone under 18 needs a guardian for the trial and when signing up for membership, and anyone under 13 must train with an adult.
