Uppsala Municipality acknowledges serious shortcomings in the handling of the case where a home care employee assaulted and harassed an elderly woman. I want to extend an apology from the municipality for not having succeeded in protecting you from the perpetrator, says the Chairman of the Elderly Committee Tobias Smedberg (V).
