The Supreme Court points out bias of lay judge
A lay judge in the court of appeal who was involved in acquitting a previously life-sentenced person after a murder in Helsingborg is accused of bias by the Prosecutor-General (RÅ). RÅ wants the trial to be retried, reports SVT News Helsingborg.
