"Always more expensive than expected"

Vattenfall: Unclear if 80 öre is enough
The potential nuclear power plant builders, Vattenfall and Fortum, are of course positive to the proposal that the state takes a large part of the risk. However, whether the price guarantee of 80 öre per kWh is sufficient is uncertain.
Proposal: How New Nuclear Power Should be Financed
The Government wants to make a major investment in new nuclear power – but it is believed to be expensive. Now a model is being presented where the state, among other things, will cover 75 percent of the project's financing.
