"Narcotics Submarines" Stopped – Record Seizure of Cocaine

Colombian authorities have, in a coordinated operation with 61 other countries, seized a total of 1,400 tons of narcotics. This includes several tons of cocaine that was being transported in so-called "narcotics submarines", reports The Guardian.
