Poorer outdoor life despite millions invested
Closed playgrounds, toilets that no longer drain and rotting bridges show how millions of euros invested in outdoor recreation are being eaten up by rising costs before they reach the forest, according to figures from the Swedish Tourist Association and the Swedish Outdoor Promotion Association.
