Yeast Factory Can Become Part of Total Defense

If Sweden ends up in crisis or war and the import of food is cut off, all bread must be able to be baked in the country. Therefore, the area where the country's only yeast factory is located, in Sollentuna municipality, should become a national interest for Sweden's total defense, suggests the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB).
