Couture: Film from the fashion world wants to raise awareness about cancer
In "Couture," director Alice Winocour depicts the fate of three women during Paris' glamorous but merciless fashion week. One of the main characters - played by Angelina Jolie - learns she has cancer. "This is not a film about fashion," Winocour tells TT.
