Israel has blocked all acute aid to the Gaza Strip for nearly eight weeks and alarms are sounding about widespread famine while the bombs are falling. When the blockade is taken up in the International Court of Justice in The Hague (ICJ), the process is completely dismissed from the Israeli side.
