Around Christmas and New Year, there was a shortage of beef in the stores. Despite promises that it would soon be over, many refrigerated shelves are still empty. In a longer perspective, we have a decreasing production in Sweden, says Isabel Moretti, CEO of the organization Swedish Meat.
