Europe to Take Part in Ukraine, Russia and US Talks in Abu Dhabi, France Says
European representatives will be at the table when Ukraine, Russia and the United States meet in Abu Dhabi, France’s foreign minister says. Vladimir Putin is sending a close adviser who has made uncompromising demands in previous peace talks. The Russian delegation will also include ministers and military leaders.
