Police murderer Jackie Arklöv will not receive a fixed-term sentence
Jackie Arklöv, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the 1999 murders of two police officers in Malexander, has again been denied his application to have his life sentence converted to a fixed-term sentence, the Örebro District Court announced.
