Ombudsman Criticizes Inhumane Conditions in Police Detention Cells
Detained persons who are forced to remain in police custody due to the Prison and Probation Service's lack of space live under "completely unacceptable" conditions, according to a decision from the Parliamentary Ombudsman (JO).
