Witness sees how a number of youths kick a bus door that breaks apart. When the police arrive at the scene, a number of youths are found, two of these are suspected of vandalism. 

The police transport the boys home, who are 15 years old, during the transport the boys behave and speak in such a way that they are also suspected of insulting a public official.
