Shortly after 11 on Wednesday morning, police are alerted to Trollebo in Hallstahammars municipality with initial reports of a traffic accident.

A car has driven into a parked car and then a house facade.

When the ambulance and police arrive at the scene, suspicion of a serious violent crime arises. One person is taken to hospital by ambulance with injuries described as serious.

In connection with the incident, two people are arrested, suspected of involvement in the incident. These people are now to undergo questioning.

Police set up roadblocks at and near the accident site in anticipation of a technical investigation.

The incident is described as an isolated incident and there is no danger to the public.
