No one could be seen in the water.

A search operation was initiated in and around the water as it was unclear if someone was or had been there. 

At 1:13 PM, the police got in touch with a man whose belongings had been found. He was in the city center and was not in distress. Unclear who had left the clothes by the river, but the man has now had them returned.
