Police patrol decides to carry out a control of a vehicle on RV23 south of Åseda.

The driver does not stop at the police officer's signal and a pursuit begins.  Shortly thereafter, it is stopped on the relevant car. 

In the car sits the driver, a man in his 20s. The man lacks a driver's license and shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics. The car is suspected of being stolen and is seized, the man is apprehended. 

The police are clear at the scene. A report on the theft of a means of transportation, driving under the influence of narcotics, and gross unauthorized driving is drawn up.
