Bouncers at a pub on Herrhagen in Karlstad rejected a man who despite this returned to the pub, whereupon the man was removed from the location. The man was agitated on these occasions.

The man came back again, whereupon the bouncers took the man into custody according to §13 of the Police Act. After the man was taken into custody, the police were called.

Police patrol rejected the man from the location and no further coercive measures were necessary or proportionate to the incident according to the police patrol.
