Boliden, a man contacts the police regarding another man refusing to leave his apartment.

The police go to the scene. The two men are supposed to be familiar with each other from earlier. The man who refuses to leave is intoxicated, he is taken care of according to the LOB (Act on the care of intoxicated persons). He is supposed to have damaged a window in the apartment. He is suspected of vandalism and breach of peace. A report is made.
