11.56 police are called to a small town in Vetlanda municipality, where a man is alleged to have stolen food items in a store.

The man is also alleged to have acted intoxicated, and then driven away in a car.

Police go to the location and can find the man in the vicinity.

The man, who is in his 60s, is then made to follow along for a blood test, and is subsequently suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, gross unauthorized driving, and petty theft.
