Police alarm to RV83 shortly outside Hennan in Ljusdals municipality due to a traffic accident between two passenger cars.

According to initial reports, the cars were traveling in the same direction, where one of them had to brake and the following car then drove into the preceding vehicle.

Two people, the drivers of the respective vehicles, are taken to hospital by ambulance for examination, unclear extent of injury. The people were then awake and able to speak.

Police will investigate how the accident occurred and have therefore filed a report regarding causing bodily harm and not adapting distance to the preceding vehicle. No person has been given suspicion of a crime.

At the time of the accident and the subsequent work at the scene, there was limited access to the accident site, but traffic should be open again.
