The man was controlled in central Laxå when he rode an e-scooter. When the current e-scooter develops a certain effect, the vehicle is counted as a moped, whereupon he is suspected of drunk driving. He is also suspected of gross unlawful driving as he lacks the qualification for the current type of vehicle.
