A patrol stops and checks a private car and upon checking the driver, a man in his 30s, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.

He is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics as well as a minor narcotics offense through personal use.
