Personal at a grocery store contacts the police and reports that a man urinated on a fridge in the store and stole food.

Police officers arrive at the scene and find a suspected man in his 40s outside the store. The man is taken into custody in accordance with the law on taking into custody intoxicated persons. A report is filed regarding vandalism and petty theft.
