A property manager has encountered an object near a trash can adjacent to a multi-family house.

Police patrols are heading to the location and, upon initial visual inspection, cannot determine if it is a hazardous object. The area is cordoned off and the national bomb squad is called in to inspect the object.

The national bomb squad has completed its inspection and has determined that the object is safe to handle.

The police patrol seizes the object. The cordon is lifted.

The police are clear of the location.
