Emergency services, police and ambulance head to the scene. A man is found in the car and he is taken to a hospital in Finland by ambulance. (There are no reports that more people were in the vehicle).

The car is seized for technical examination, it is towed away. The scene has been documented.

Later on Monday night, it is reported that the man has died.

Next of kin have been informed.
