Under late afternoon traffic on E12 was controlled, including some drivers who had been in the mountains. All passed without any remarks.

At 11 o'clock a driver was stopped for control in central Hemavan. The driver, a man, blew positively in the police's sifting instrument and suspicion of drunk driving arose. Blood sampling was carried out, an interrogation was held and a report was drawn up.

During the morning a sobriety check was also held at county road 1116, just west of Tärnaby. Around 40 drivers were checked, without any remarks. At the same time traffic was controlled at Älvstigen in Hemavan.

During the morning a traffic check was held in Kultsjödalen. In connection with this, a driver blew positively in the police's sifting instrument and suspicion of drunk driving arose. Blood sampling was carried out and the driver then blew under the punishable limit. Not a crime.
