A loose springing dog of polar dog type chases in a deer on a rural property where the deer gets stuck in a fence.
When the public tries to help the deer, the dog attacks and starts eating the deer.
The police are called to the scene but the dog is brought under control only when the owner arrives at the scene, as he is out looking for his missing dog. 
The police will file a report on a crime against the law on supervision of dogs and cats as well as a report to the county administrative board.
