On Skanstulls Bridge, a cyclist and a person on an electric scooter collided. The cyclist, a man, is being taken to hospital by ambulance and at present there is no update regarding the state of his injuries. The person on the electric scooter left the scene. A report is currently being written with the crime classification of reckless driving.
