22:08 Drunken driving, Luleå
Police stop and inspect a private car north of Luleå. The driver, a man in his 60s, blows positively in the police's screening device and further sampling is performed. The man is taken into custody with the support of the Law on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons (LOB), his driver's license is taken into custody and a report of gross drunken driving is to be drawn up.

22:38 Narcotics offense, Luleå
Information is received about a fight at an address in Luleå. Police go there and find a man and a woman in their 25s. The fight was verbal. Suspicion arises that they are under the influence of narcotics and sampling is performed. Additionally, suspected narcotics are found in their possession. A report of minor narcotics offense, possession and personal use, is to be drawn up.

03:36 Drug driving, Kalix
Police stop and inspect a private car in Kalix. Suspicion arises that the driver, a woman in her 30s, is under the influence of narcotics. Sampling is performed and the result will show if a crime has been committed. A report of suspected minor narcotics offense, personal use, and drunken driving is to be drawn up.

Police have also performed a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
