At 8 pm yesterday, Wednesday, information arrived that a man had been subjected to assault outdoors at Morö Backe in Skellefteå. The police immediately begin work on the case and two men, one in their 25s and one in their 40s, are apprehended. The men are detained following a decision by the prosecutor, who is leading the case. 

According to initial information, the individuals involved are acquaintances of each other.

The case is classified as serious since there is suspicion that a weapon was used and the nature of the violence.

The police continue working on the investigation. Interrogations with suspects, the injured party and witnesses are held, and the suspected crime scene is cordoned off for later examination with a dog.
