The man is said to have threatened the woman with an object resembling a knife, he is also said to have been inside the woman's residence.

The police are on the scene to speak with the woman and the neighbor who contacted the police. The police are also searching for the perpetrator but so far no person has been apprehended.

A preliminary investigation, classified as aggravated robbery, has been initiated.
