The one car came over into the meeting lane and frontally collided with a Ford Transit. The third car had no opportunity to brake for the involved vehicles so he drove into one of the cars.

Four people have been taken to the hospital for their injuries, two are lightly injured and two are more seriously injured. The police refer to the hospital's patient injury report. 

Two vehicles are in custody for further investigation of the accident. No one has been given suspicion of a crime.
