Man was shot in Gottfridsberg.
A few minutes after midnight, information arrives at the police about several loud explosions in Gottfridsberg in Linköping. Several members of the public have woken up to what they perceived as sharp gunfire. A larger police resource is activated in the area and they begin to search for the crime scene and involved persons, they also start gathering information from potential witnesses who were outdoors in the vicinity as well as checks on various individuals. Soon a man is found who is said to have been shot at, but not hit by any bullets. An investigation regarding attempted murder and gross firearms offense is initiated shortly after. Several people have been taken to the station for questioning. Several finds have been secured at an outdoor location. The area has been cordoned off during the night, and the police forensic technicians are ordered out. The police continue to search for valuable witness statements from people in the area. No one has been arrested as a result of the shooting, and no one is currently considered a suspect.
