A property caretaker contacts the police and says that there is an unauthorized man in a garbage room belonging to a property. When the man was told to leave, he refused, and the police went to the scene.

The man, who is in his mid-30s, was taken into custody under the Act on the Care of Intoxicated Persons (LOB) and is also suspected of unlawful trespass.
