The police regional command center handled around 90 incidents relating to Östergötland County between 22:00 and 07:00. Three wildlife collisions occurred (wild boar, deer, moose), with no injuries. The police have not been made aware of any serious violent crimes.

05:40 Reports of a fight – Motala Municipality 

Several people contacted the police about a livestream on social media in which a man and a woman appeared to be having a violent fight. Those who called were worried about the people involved and felt that the broadcast included violence and threats. The police went to the couple’s home in a small locality in Motala Municipality, where it turned out that the fight had been staged to attract viewers. The couple received a stern warning from the police, but no crime was established in connection with the incident. 

In addition, the police carried out other routine checks, either on their own initiative or following reports from the public.
