Around 15:40, police, ambulance, and rescue services were alerted about a traffic accident that occurred on county road 899 just north of Ärla in Eskilstuna municipality.

According to early reports, the car ended up on its side, and there are two injured passengers. The extent of the injuries is still unknown.

Police are on the scene and working in collaboration with other emergency personnel.
