Driver in central Kiruna receives a fine for disorderly conduct as the car does not have approved lighting.

**22.39 Attempt at fraud, Kalix:
**Police patrol is ordered to an address in Kalix where an elderly woman has been exposed to an attempted fraud. The woman has received calls from people who claim to be from a company. The people have claimed that the woman tried to buy phones and tried to persuade her to log in with bank-ID to pay a bill, which the woman has not done. A report of attempted fraud is filed.

00.36 Theft of a vehicle, Haparanda:
Police patrol is ordered to central Haparanda where an abandoned car is said to be standing in the middle of the road. No person is found in or near the car. The car is suspected to be stolen. A report of theft of a vehicle is filed.

Police have also performed checks of people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.
