During the night, three people in Umeå were taken into care under the LOB, the Act on the Care of Intoxicated Persons. One was handed over to a relative and two to medical care.

22:43 Traffic accident, Umeå
The police were contacted regarding a traffic accident at Vasaplan in Umeå. Two buses are said to have collided. No personal injuries are reported. The police were at the scene. One of the drivers received a penalty notice for failing to give way. 

00:48 Vandalism, Umeå
The police were ordered to a pub in Umeå where a man was behaving aggressively. He is suspected of, among other things, having smashed a window. The police found the young man. A report of vandalism was filed, and he was taken into care under Section 13 of the Police Act.

Other: Three wildlife accidents without personal injuries were reported to the police. They occurred in Lappvattnet and Tuvan in Skellefteå, and in Hedlunda in Lycksele.
